Where do you practice?
My practice is situated in Ambiorix Square in the very center of the European quarter, rue Saint-Quentin 68 , 1000 Brussels.
The practice is easily reachable by public transport.
Metro Schuman (Berlaymont exit) or Metro Maalbeek (Chaussée d’Etterbeek exit) are close by and several buses stop in Ambiorix Square.
There is paid parking available in the street of the practice.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes. I offer online therapy sessions via secure video call, allowing you to attend from the comfort of your own space. Online sessions can be a flexible option if you live outside Brussels, travel frequently, or are unable to attend in person.
How much a session cost?
I believe that psychotherapy should be accessible to as many people as possible. Individual therapy costs 70€ per session (50 minutes) and couples therapy costs 100€ per session (50 minutes). I also offer a sliding scale for students, unemployed clients, and those on lower incomes.
How long will therapy last?
It is usually done on an open- ended basis mutually agreed by therapist and client. Therapy can be done on a short-term basis (up to 15 sessions) or weekly sessions for a longer period of time. It depends on the nature of the topics the client wants to explore in therapy.
What if I cancel or fail to show up for my session?
If notice is given 24 hours prior to the session and it is possible to reschedule, then no fees are charged.
If the session in cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the session, it is paid as a full session.
Who can benefit from therapy?
Therapy can be helpful to people that want to explore difficulties in their life, to discover what is nourishing and what is less fulfilling in their lives, to develop awareness of how they relate and interact with other people and to reach their unique potential.
In which languages do you work?
I work in English and Greek.
