Anastasia is a Gestalt psychotherapist whose work is rooted in being present in the here and now, supporting clients to expand awareness, noticing limiting patterns, deepening self-connection, and navigate life with greater authenticity.

She completed a four-year specialization in Gestalt Psychotherapy (Athens, GR) which forms the core of her clinical identity and therapeutic practice.
She also holds a BA in Integrative Counselling from Middlesex University (London, UK), a BSc in Psychology from the University of Derby (UK), and is a licensed psychologist in Greece (Protocol Number: 345864).
She is currently on the Mindfulness Training Pathway with the University of Bangor (UK), training to facilitate Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programs.

Anastasia has pursued advanced studies in Somatic Embodiment and Regulation Strategies, Attachment and Trauma, Narcissistic Abuse, Crisis Intervention, Couples Therapy, Nervous System Regulation, and Complex Trauma (CPTSD), among others. Recently becoming a mother has deepened her commitment to the topics of matrescence and maternal mental health.
Her clinical interests include the neurobiology of attachment, developmental trauma, somatic awareness, women’s mental health and brain–body integration within the Gestalt framework.

She has been in private practice since 2010, supporting adult expats, couples, multicultural and LGBTQ+ individuals. Her work addresses a wide range of issues including relationships and family dynamics, life transitions, stress and burnout, depression, infertility, work–life balance, becoming a parent, identity and self-acceptance, expat adjustment, childhood trauma, intimacy, and the challenges of motherhood and the post-partum period.

Before becoming a psychotherapist, Anastasia worked for 12 years as a professional cellist, holding a BA in Music Performance from CODARTS University for the Arts (NL). Her artistic background continues to inform her therapeutic presence, bringing a deep appreciation for creativity and embodied experience.

Anastasia is a registered member of the European Association for Gestalt Therapy (EAGT), the Hellenic Association for Gestalt Therapy (HAGT), and the British Psychological Society (BPS), and she adheres to their ethical guidelines and professional standards.
She remains committed to her ongoing professional and personal development through advanced trainings, conferences, continuous education, personal therapy, and regular clinical supervision.
Her approach is compassionate and warm, grounded in the belief that healing unfolds through authentic human connection and within a space where one can feel truly heard, accepted without judgement, and free to be oneself.

Psychotherapy and counselling sessions are available in English and Greek.
